All ordinances, resolutions, policies, or other enactment made or approved by the Board of Supervisors may be enforced by the sheriff of Stanislaus County and his or her deputies who are peace officers pursuant to Penal Code Section 830.1.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a peace officer employed by a city located within the county of Stanislaus may enforce the provisions of Section 18.06.050, concerning ordering a person to leave a recreation area, Section 18.06.080, concerning the prohibition of the consumption of possession of an alcoholic beverage, and Section 18.06.090, concerning the prohibition of the possession and/or discharge of weapons, when the peace officer is within the unincorporated territory of the sphere of influence of the city which employs the peace officer.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a peace officer employed by a city located within the county of Stanislaus may enforce the provisions of Chapter 11.08 of this code concerning local parking regulations within the unincorporated portions of the sphere of influence of the city by which they are employed.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a peace officer employed by a city located within the county of Stanislaus may enforce the following chapters of Title 10 of this code within the unincorporated portions of the sphere of influence of the city by which they are employed: Chapter 10.8, concerning curfews; Chapter 10.32, concerning disorderly conduct; Chapter 10.40, concerning graffiti, and Chapter 10.44, concerning prohibited acts of solicitation.
