dust, the operation of machinery of any kind during any 24-hour period
(including aircraft), the storage and disposal of manure, and the
application by spraying or otherwise of chemical fertilizers, soil
amendments, herbicides and pesticides. Stanislaus County has determined
that inconveniences or discomforts associated with such agricultural
operations shall not be considered to be a nuisance if such operations
are consistent with accepted customs and standards. Stanislaus County
has established a grievance committee to assist in the resolution
of any disputes which might arise between residents of this County
regarding agricultural operations. If you have any questions concerning
