Section 21458 of the Vehicle Code of California provides whenever local authorities enact local parking regulations and indicate them by the use of paint upon curbs, yellow indicates stopping only for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers or freight for such time as may be specified.

Loading zones are established on the following road sections:
A. 
Daly Avenue. On the west side of Daly Avenue from a point six hundred sixty feet south of the intersection thereof with Lapham drive southerly a distance of twenty feet;
B. 
Gilmore Avenue. On the southerly side of Gilmore Avenue from a point three hundred twenty-one feet west of the centerline of Santa Rosa Avenue westerly a distance of thirty-five feet;
C. 
Kilroy Road. On the west side of Kilroy Road from a point seven hundred twenty-five feet south of where Kilroy Road intersects with West Main Avenue to a point nine hundred twenty-five feet south of the intersection, a total distance of two hundred feet;
D. 
Mitchell Road. On the east side of Mitchell Road from a point three hundred twenty-nine feet north of its intersection thereof with Tenaya Drive, northerly thirty-five feet to a point three hundred sixty-four feet north of the intersection;
E. 
Monterey Avenue. On the south side of Monterey Avenue from a point two hundred eighty feet west of the centerline of Empire Avenue westerly a distance of forty feet;
F. 
Hickman Road. On the west side of Hickman Road from a point twenty feet south of its intersection with Lake Road southerly ninety feet to a point one hundred ten feet south of the intersection;
G. 
Santa Rosa Avenue. On the west side of Santa Rosa Avenue from a point two hundred five feet south of its intersection with Gilmore Avenue, south one hundred feet to a point three hundred five feet south of the intersection;
H. 
Hawthorne Street. On the northerly side of Hawthorne Street from its intersection with Merced Avenue, to a point two hundred eighty-five feet westerly of the intersection; loading zone is effective from eight a.m. to three-thirty p.m. on school days only;
I. 
Elm Street. On the northerly side of Elm Street from a point forty feet westerly of its intersection with Madera Avenue, westerly two hundred fifty-five feet to a point two hundred ninety-five feet west of the intersection; loading zone is effective from eight a.m. to three-thirty p.m. on school days only;
J. 
Gold Valley Road. On the south side of Gold Valley Road from a point two hundred forty-four feet east of its intersection with Meadow Brook Lane, east seventy-three feet to a point three hundred seventeen feet east of the intersection; and, on the south side of Gold Valley Road from a point six hundred sixty-four feet east of its intersection with Meadow Brook Lane, east one hundred feet to a point seven hundred sixty-four feet east of the intersection;
K. 
Finney Road. On the west side of Finney Road from a point eighty feet north of its intersection thereof with Covert Road north one hundred forty-five feet to a point two hundred twenty-five feet north of the intersection;
L. 
Ninth Street. On the west side of Ninth Street from a point one hundred twenty-five feet south of its intersection thereof with Sonora Avenue south fifty feet to a point one hundred seventy-five feet south of the intersection;
M. 
Poppy Glen Road. On the west side of Poppy Glen Road from a point two hundred thirty-five feet south of its intersection thereof with Gold Valley Road south seventy feet to a point three hundred five feet south of the intersection.

On the west side of Herndon Avenue from a point two hundred forty-five feet south of its intersection with Sonora Avenue, southerly one hundred forty-five feet to a point three hundred ninety feet south of the intersection; and, on the west side of Herndon Avenue from a point four hundred fifteen feet south of its intersection with Sonora Avenue, southerly twenty-five feet to a point four hundred forty feet south of the intersection;
J. 
Sequoia Street. On the east side of Sequoia Street from a point one hundred five feet north of its intersection thereof with Shearer Avenue, north fifty feet to a point one hundred fifty-five feet north of said intersection; and, on the east side of Sequoia Street from a point two hundred ten feet north of its intersection thereof with Shearer Avenue, north fifty feet to a point two hundred sixty feet north of said intersection;
K. 
Enterprise Way. On the west side of Enterprise Way eighty feet from its intersection thereof with Bangs Avenue to a point one hundred eighty feet north of said intersection.
