The uses permitted in an S-P district shall be those allowed by the specific plan approved by the county for that district, pursuant to County Specific Plan Guidelines.
(Ord. CS 381 §2, 1990)
The development standards and criteria for an S-P district shall be those established by the specific plan approved by the county for that district, pursuant to County Specific Plan Guidelines. No development approvals may be issued before the specific plan has been adopted.

S-P district zoning shall be adopted or changed by the same procedure prescribed by Chapter 21.108 of this title for zoning district amendments. No S-P district zoning shall be adopted unless the county has approved or is concurrently approving a specific plan for the area to be rezoned.
