The city adopts by reference the California Fire Code, 2022
Edition, which contains substantial copyrighted material from the
2021 International Fire Code, which is copyrighted work owned by the
International Code Council, Inc.; and said code, including the Appendix
Chapters 4, B, BB, C, CC, and H, is adopted in total as the law of
the city. One copy of the code has been, and is now, filed in the
office of the building official, and the code is adopted by reference
as if incorporated and set out in full in this chapter.

There shall be added to the fire code the following provision:
Section 103.4.7. The Fire Chief and/or Chief of Police are authorized
to and shall seize, take, remove or cause to be removed at the expense
of the owner, all stocks of fireworks offered or exposed for sale,
stored or held in violation of this code.
