§ 9-18 Ordinance No. 1789.

Ordinance No. 1789 which imposed a cigarette tax shall be suspended and shall not again be of any force and effect until and unless the State legislature has enacted legislation providing for a termination of allocation from the State or otherwise providing for a local tax.
