City of Inglewood, CA WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY

§ 10-230 Requirements.

All wireless telecommunication facilities located within the public rights-of-way, including, without limitation, all "small wireless facilities" as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. § 1.6002(l), as may be amended or superseded, shall be subject to the permit(s) and other standards, procedures and conditions as specified in City Council Policy on Wireless Telecommunications Facilities and Other Infrastructure Deployments within the Public Rights-of-Way, which may be adopted, amended and/or repealed by a resolution of the City Council. All wireless telecommunication facilities located within the public rights-of-way shall comply with City Council Policy on Wireless Telecommunications Facilities and Other Infrastructure Deployments within the Public Rights-of-Way.
