The seal of the city shall be of the following design:
A circle approximately two inches in diameter. Entirely surrounding and near the outer margin of the circle is a chain; inside this chain, on one side thereof are engraved the words "CITY OF RIVERTON," and on the other side thereof, the words "FREMONT CO., WYOMING." Inside of these words is a circle, this circle being about one and five-sixteenths of an inch in diameter, and inside of this circle is engraved the word "SEAL." All words engraved on the seal are in capital letters.
