It is unlawful for any person to wantonly, mischievously or maliciously deface, break or destroy, in any manner whatsoever, any property of the city, state, private corporation or person, or any other governmental or private entity. Any person who violates this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $750, up to six months in jail, or both.
