Except as may be specifically deleted therefrom in Section 10.08.020 the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic and Highways, WSS 31-5-101 et seq., as currently in existence or hereafter amended or expanded, are adopted by this reference and incorporated herein as a part of this section as fully as if completely set out in this section. At least one copy of such provision shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk for public inspection.
