A. The following uses shall be permitted in residential R-2A districts within the city, in addition to those uses permitted in residential R-1 and residential R-2 districts:
1. Barns as an accessory building;
2. One livestock unit per half acre; and
3. Pasturage, or production of crops.
B. A livestock unit in a residential R-2A district must be kept under conditions which comply with all applicable health, sanitation, nuisance and safety ordinances, statutes and regulations of the city, county and state governments.
C. All uses in a residential R-2A district must comply with the applicable provisions set forth in Chapter
17.32.
