| | | viii. | All litter or debris generated within a minimum of a twenty-five-foot radius of the mobile food service vehicle shall be collected and removed by the mobile food service vehicle operator. | | | |
| | | ix. | Ancillary service items (tables, chairs, etc.) which are not a component of the mobile food service vehicle shall not be allowed. | | | |
| | | x. | The mobile food service vehicle shall be positioned in a parking space; shall not block (maintain a minimum distance of 15 feet) drive aisles, other access to loading/service areas, or emergency access and fire lanes; and shall be positioned at least 15 feet away from fire hydrants, any fire department connection, buildings, driveway entrances, alleys, handicapped parking spaces, sidewalks, tree trunks, and vegetation. | | | |
