When properly posted, traffic shall move only in the direction indicated upon the following streets:
A. 
First Street from California Boulevard to Jefferson Street: one-way easterly;
B. 
Second Street from Jefferson Street to California Boulevard: one-way westerly;
C. 
Seventh Street from Soscol Avenue to Burnell Street: one-way easterly;
D. 
Church Street from Third Street to Second Street: one-way northerly;
E. 
Clay Street from Franklin Street to Randolph Street: one-way easterly;
F. 
Eggleston Street from Jefferson Street to Seminary Street: one-way easterly;
G. 
Franklin Street from Clay Street to First Street: one-way southerly;
H. 
George Street from Jefferson Street to Brown Street: one-way easterly;
I. 
Lola Lane from Brown Street to Coombs Street: one-way westerly;
J. 
Randolph Street from Clay Street to Pearl Street: one-way northerly.

Whenever this code or any ordinance or resolution of this city designates any one-way street or alley, the Traffic Engineer shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective unless such signs are in place. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.
