City of Milwaukie, OR Chapter 10.40 ABANDONED VEHICLES

§ 10.40.010 ABANDONED VEHICLES.

The towing, storage, and disposal of vehicles determined to be abandoned in rights-of-way in the City of Milwaukie shall be in accordance with State statutes, including ORS 819.100 through 819.270.
