Zoning Map Notation. Upon the effective date of an ordinance placing
a property in the BRDZ, the Zoning Map will be amended to show the
overlay designation. After execution by all parties, the development
agreement will be added to the city's Development Agreement Master
List with the effective date and expiration date of the development
agreement noted. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of a development
agreement, the City Planner will remove the development agreement
from the City's Development Agreement Master List. The BRDZ may be
removed from the property by way of a Zone Map Amendment.
