A. Where signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in subsection
B of this section or during the periods of time where parking is prohibited on the streets or parts of streets of the city described in subsection
C of this section.
B. In accordance with the provisions of subsection
A of this section, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park at any time a vehicle upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets:
1. 9th Avenue. Both sides between Highway 198 and Lacey Boulevard between the hours of five a.m. and two p.m. on Mondays.
2. 9 ¼ Avenue. The west side, from 375 feet north of the centerline of Summer Field Drive to 70 feet north.
3. 10th Avenue.
a. The east side between Hanford-Armona Road and Glendale Avenue.
b. Both sides between Third Street and Seventh Street.
c. Both sides between Grangeville Boulevard and Crass Avenue.
d. Both sides between Terrace Drive and Leland Way.
e. The west side between Leland Way and Fargo Avenue.
f. Both sides between Fargo Avenue and Highway 43.
4. 11th Avenue. The east side, between Fifth Street and extending north to the south right-of-way of the San Joaquin Valley Railroad crossing;
5. 12th Avenue. Both sides between Hanford-Armona Road and a point 2,640 feet north of Lacey Boulevard.
6. Elm Street. The south side between Greenfield Avenue and A.T. & S.F. Railroad.
7. Fifth Street. The north side, from 482 feet west of the centerline of Douty Street to 118 feet west.
8. Florinda Street. The south side, from 75 feet west of the centerline of Harris Street to 70 feet west.
9. Ford Street. The south side between Park Avenue and Kaweah Street.
10. Grangeville Boulevard.
a. North side between University Avenue and Mildred Street.
b. Both sides between Mildred Street and Rodgers Road.
c. North side between Rodgers Road and Emma Lee Lane.
d. Both sides between Emma Lee Lane and Easy Street.
e. North side between Easy Street and Kaweah Street.
f. Both sides between Kaweah Street and Douty Street.
g. Both sides between Douty Street and East Street.
h. Both sides between East Street and 10th Avenue.
11. Greenfield Avenue. The south side, from 235 feet west of the centerline of Campus Drive to 70 feet west.
12. Hanford-Armona Road.
a. The north side between 10th Avenue and 9 3/8 Avenue.
b. The south side between 10th Avenue and Harris Street.
13. Harris Street.
a. The west side, beginning a distance 780 feet north of the centerline of Hanford-Armona Road, extending 42 feet north.
b. The west side, beginning a distance 855 feet north of the centerline of Hanford-Armona Road, extending 21 feet north.
c. The west side, beginning a distance 915 feet north of the centerline of Hanford-Armona Road, extending 73 feet north.
14. Hume Avenue.
a. The north side, beginning 270 feet west of the centerline of Dawn Lane, extending 52 feet west.
b. The north side, beginning 360 feet west of the centerline of Dawn Lane, extending 49 feet west.
c. The north side, from 150 feet east of the centerline of Echo Lane to 700 feet west of the centerline of Monterey Avenue.
15. Kensington Way. Both sides between Grangeville Boulevard and a point 1,200 feet north of Grangeville Boulevard.
16. Kings County Drive. From 12th Avenue to Lacey Boulevard, both sides.
17. Lacey Boulevard.
a. Both sides between Redington Street and 11th Avenue.
b. The north side between 11th Avenue and Greenfield Avenue.
c. Both sides between Mall Drive and the west city limits.
18. Mall Drive. Both sides between Lacey Boulevard and 12th Avenue.
19. Seventh Street.
a. A length of curb 24 feet long and west of a point located 252 feet west of the centerline of Phillips Street on the south side of Seventh Street.
b. A length of curb 24 feet long located west of the crosswalk and 310 feet west of the centerline of Phillips Street, on the south side of Seventh Street.
c. Both sides, from approximately 350 feet east of the centerline of Mall Drive and extending 900 feet east.
20. Third Street. Both sides, from 9th Avenue to east end.
C. In accordance with the provisions of subsection
A of this section, no person shall park a vehicle upon any of the following described streets, or parts of streets, during the times set forth as follows:
1. Campus Drive. The west side between Lacey Boulevard and North Drive between the hours of seven a.m. and six p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted.
2. Douty Street. The west side between McCreary Avenue and Lorita Way between the hours of eight a.m. and four p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted.
3. Harris Street. Both sides between Water Street and Grangeville Boulevard between the hours of nine a.m. and four p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted.
4. High Street. Both sides between Leoni Drive and Douty Street, between the hours of eight a.m. and one-thirty p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted.
5. Irwin Street. Both sides between Seventh Street and Dewey Street between the hours of three p.m. and eight p.m. on Thursdays from May 1st to October 31st.
6. McCreary Avenue. Both sides between Douty Street and Leoni Drive between the hours of eight a.m. and one-thirty p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted.
7. Ninth Avenue. Both sides between Highway 198 and Lacey Boulevard between the hours of five a.m. and two p.m. on Mondays.
