For purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have
the following meanings:
"Coin-operated game"
shall mean any game or machine, operated by the insertion
of money, coin or other object, which is predominantly a game of skill
or amusement. Such games include, but are not limited to, coin-operated
phonographs and coin-operated pool tables.
"Game arcade"
shall mean any place open to the public where five or more
coin-operated games are kept or maintained for use and operation by
the public.

1. Manager Required. All game arcades shall employ a person
on the premises to act as manager at all times during which the game
arcade is open to oversee the operation and orderly use of the games
in the game arcade.
2. Visibility of Interior.
(a) The licensee shall maintain the interior premises of the game arcade
in a manner such that it is clearly visible from the entrance to the
establishment in which the game arcade is located.
(b) Notwithstanding subdivision (a) of this subsection, if the game arcade
is located in a physically segregated portion of the premises, the
licensee shall maintain its interior in a manner such that it is clearly
visible from the entrance into the game arcade.
