City of West Hollywood, CA Chapter 17.12 HEARING EXAMINERS

§ 17.12.010 Hearing Examiners.

The City Manager or the City Manager's designee shall appoint as many hearing examiners as needed to hear and determine applications under Chapter 17.44, Section 17.56.010 and of Section 17.68.010(k). Such hearing examiners shall serve until removed by the City Manager or by the City Manager's designee.
