§ 1.16.010 Code of Civil Procedures Section 1094.6 applicable.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure shall apply to any decision of the city, or of any commission, board, officer or agent of the city, which is subject to review pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.5

§ 1.16.020 Definitions.

For purposes of Section 1.16.010 of this code, "decision" shall be defined as set forth in subsection (e) of Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure or any successor thereto.
