Except as herein provided, County of Los Angeles Ordinance No. 2018-0037, known as the Local Agency Management Program (LAMP), as contained in Title 8 (Consumer Protection, Business and Wage regulations) and Title 11 (Health and Safety) of the Los Angeles County Code is hereby incorporated by reference and shall regulate conventional and non-conventional onsite wastewater treatment systems (OWTS) within the city, including review, siting, permitting and operational requirements for OWTS, and providing for collections of fees associated with the monitoring and enforcement of OWTS.
