A.
Except
as otherwise stated in this title, the rules, regulations, provisions
and conditions set forth in that certain publication entitled "Los
Angeles County Code Title 11, Division 1 Health Code," as adopted
and amended through Ordinance 2015-0014 passed May 26, 2015 is hereby
adopted as the health code of the city.
B.
A copy
of the Los Angeles County Health Code is on file in the office of
the city clerk and it shall be at all times maintained by the clerk
for use and examination by the public.
C.
Section
11.66 of the Los Angeles County Health Code, Medical Marijuana Program
Identification Card, shall be deleted in its entirety and shall not
be included in the city's health code.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall
be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by
imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not more than six
months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
