No person shall carry on or assist in carrying on any amusement
or entertainment to which the public is invited, or in which the public
may participate, at any time between the hours of two a.m. and six
a.m. In the case of a proposed special event, the applicant for a
special event permit may request a deviation from this time restriction,
and it may be granted if a finding is made that such a deviation will
not be detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare.

No person, with intent to gratuitously avail himself or herself
of the entertainment or recreation furnished or the privileges conferred
therein, shall enter any theater, stadium, athletic club, ballpark,
golf course, golf club, tennis club, beach club, bathing beach or
other place of amusement, entertainment or recreation for admission
to which an admission or membership fee is charged, without first
paying such admission or membership fee. Any person who is a bona
fide guest of a member of any club may enter such club in accordance
with the rules thereof. Any person may enter any place which is within
the purview of this section with the consent of the owner or manager
thereof. This section shall not be deemed to apply to the entry into
any such place by a law enforcement officer acting within the scope
and course of his or her official duties.

A. It is
unlawful for any person to loiter or to stand or sit in or upon any
street, sidewalk or crosswalk so as to in any manner hinder or obstruct
the free passage therein or thereon of persons or vehicles passing
along the same.
B. It is
unlawful for any person to loiter or to stand or sit in or at the
entrance of any church, hall, theater or place of public assemblage
so as in any manner to obstruct such entrance.
C. Except
when prohibited by Section 653b of the
Penal Code, or by any other
state statute, every person who loiters about any school or public
place at or near which schoolchildren attend is guilty of a misdemeanor.

No person shall post, hand out or distribute any commercial
or noncommercial handbill, circular, tract or leaflet which reasonably
tends to incite riot or other public disorder, which advocates disloyalty
to or the overthrow of the Government of the United States by force
and arms or other unlawful means, or which urges any unlawful conduct,
or encourages or reasonably tends to encourage a breach of the public
peace of the community, provided that such activity is directed to
inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite
or produce such action.

It is unlawful for any person to throw upon, along or across
any public highway, road, street, alley or sidewalk any missile capable
of causing personal injury or damage to personal property, or to throw
any such missile at or toward any person or any vehicle.
