Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the California
Mechanical Code, Title 24, California Code of Regulations, Part 4,
including any and all amendments thereto that may hereafter be made
and adopted by the State of California, is hereby adopted as the Mechanical
Code of the City.

Violation of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply
with any of the requirements of the Mechanical Code is a public nuisance
and punishable as an infraction.
