Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the California
Green Building Standards Code, Title 24, California Code of Regulations,
Part 11, including any and all amendments thereto that may hereafter
be made and adopted by the State of California, is hereby adopted
as the City Green Building Code.

Violation of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply
with any of the requirements of the Green Building Code is a public
nuisance and punishable as an infraction.
