County of Sacramento, CA Chapter 2.85 INCREASES IN RETIREMENT ALLOWANCES

§ 2.85.010 Applicability of State Law.

The provisions of Sections 31681.52 and 31739.32 of the Government Code shall be applicable in the County on and after July 1, 1975.

§ 2.85.020 Cost of Living Adjustment.

In accordance with Section 31874.2 of the Government Code, the maximum annual change pursuant to Article 16.5 (commencing with Section 31870) of Chapter 3 of Part 3 of Division 4 of Title 3 of the Government Code (such Article 16.5 being entitled "Cost of Living Adjustments") shall be 4% on and after April 1, 1976.

§ 2.85.030 Termination of Cost of Living Adjustments.

With the exception of safety members, the provisions of this chapter relating to cost of living adjustments shall not be applicable to any employee or officer whose services commence on or after September 27, 1981.
