Editor's Note: The Zoning Bylaw was also amended 4-27-1998, 6-16-2003, 5-19-2009 ATM, 5-17-2010 ATM, 11-8-2010 STM, 6-14-2011 ATM, 6-4-2012 ATM/STM, 12-6-2012 STM, 6-3-2013 ATM, 6-16-2014 ATM, 4-13-2015 ATM, 4-11-2016 ATM, 4-11-2017 ATM, 4-24-2018 ATM, 4-22-2019 ATM, and 4-13-2021 ATM.
The Zoning Bylaw was amended 4-22-2019 ATM by Art. 13 to change "Board of Selectmen" and "Selectmen" to "Select Board."
The Town adopted the codification of the Zoning Bylaw 6-4-2024 ATM by Art. 13 and voted "to accept the renumbering and revision of the Zoning Bylaw of the Town from its original numbering, as amended through the April 2023 Annual Town Meeting, to the numbering or codification, arrangement, sequence and captions and the comprehensive revisions to the text of the Zoning Bylaw as set forth in the Final Draft of the Code of the Town of Carver, dated February 20, 2024, said recodification of the Zoning Bylaw . . . having been done under the direction of the Planning Board, and being a compilation and comprehensive revision of the present Zoning Bylaw, including amendments thereto. All Zoning Bylaws, as amended, heretofore in force, shall be repealed, except that such repeal shall affect any suit or proceeding pending as the result of an existing law. The Zoning Bylaw shall be codified as Chapter 290 of the 'Code of the Town of Carver, Massachusetts.'"
