Pursuant to the provisions of Section 638(b) of Title 25 of the California Administrative Code, the fees specified in this chapter are established as the fees for a permit to operate a labor camp.

Every person applying for a permit to operate a labor camp shall submit fees for a permit to operate in accordance with the provisions of this section. Fees for an annual permit to operate shall be determined as follows:
1. 
Issuance fee of $30;
2. 
Permit to operate fee of $12 for each employee to be housed in employee housing, a labor camp or a supply camp, which housing is supplied by the operator, and $12 for each lot or site provided for parking of mobile homes or recreational vehicles by employees;
3. 
Amended permit fee of $12 for any transfer of ownership or possession;
4. 
Amended permit fee of $20 and fees specified in this section for any increase in the number of employees to be housed and additional lots or sites provided for parking of mobile homes or recreational vehicles by employees.

The fee for a permit to operate shall be considered as inspection fees for the initial annual inspection of a labor camp. When any reinspection is required pursuant to Section 642 of Title 25 of the California Administrative Code, the operator shall pay a reinspection fee for each reinspection, as follows:
1. 
Thirty-nine dollars, provided that such inspection is not in excess of one hour in duration;
2. 
Nineteen dollars for each 30 minutes or fractional part thereof in excess of one hour.
