No vehicle shall be moved or operated on any street, road, highway
or alley within the city where the same has been hereinafter designated
and appropriately posted and marked as a one-way street, road, highway
or alley, requiring that all vehicles thereon be moved in one specified
direction, except in the direction as so designated.
