No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than by a crosswalk in any business district.

No pedestrian shall cross the following roadways except within a marked crosswalk:
A. 
Rosemead Boulevard between its intersection with Dunlap Crossing Road and its intersection with Coffman & Pico Road.

No person shall walk, stop or stand, and pedestrian traffic is prohibited upon the following bridges or portions thereof:
A. 
On the Slauson Avenue Bridge where the same crosses the San Gabriel River, including the safety curb on the north side thereof, except pedestrian traffic is permitted on the sidewalk on the south side of such bridge.

At intersections where traffic is directed by an officer of the county sheriff's department or other traffic officer, or traffic sign or signal, no pedestrian shall cross the roadway other than with released traffic.

In any business district, no pedestrian shall stop or stand on a sidewalk, except as near as is physically possible to the building line or curbline.

A. 
No pedestrian shall stand in any roadway or street, other than in a safety zone or in a cross-walk, if such action interferes with the lawful movement of traffic.
B. 
This section shall not apply to any police officer, surveyor, street-sweeper or other person when necessarily upon the street in line of duty.
