The 2012 Edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works
Construction prepared by the Joint Cooperative Committee of the Southern
California Chapter American Public Works Association and Southern
California Districts Associated General Contractors of California,
is adopted by reference, as an integral part of specifications covering
all future Public Works construction within the city, with the exception
of Section 7-3, which shall be as follows with respect to minimum
coverage limits:
