The City Council by resolution may adopt regulations necessary for the administration and protection of public buildings and property owned, occupied or administered by the City of San Leandro.
The City Manager shall post in a conspicuous place upon public buildings and property signs giving notice of approved regulations applicable thereto.
No person shall violate a regulation applicable to a public building or property when a sign giving notice of such regulation is in place upon such public building or property.

No unauthorized person shall enter into or upon or remain in or upon any public building or property owned, occupied or administered by any Federal, State or local governmental agency between the period of 30 minutes after sunset of any day and 30 minutes before sunrise of the following day when appropriate signs are in place upon such building or property giving notice that such building or property is not open to the general public during such period.
