The Seal of the City shall be a circle one and three-fourths
inches (1-3/4″) in diameter, and there shall be upon it the words
"Seal of the City of Santa Barbara, California," and the design of
a bay, ship and the rising sun; and the Seal heretofore used by the
City and bearing such words and design is hereby adopted as and for
the corporate Seal of the City.
