It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to keep, conduct,
or maintain within the City, or knowingly to permit any house, room,
apartment or place, owned by him or her or under his or her charge
or control in the City, where any game not mentioned in Sections 330,
330a and 337a of the Penal Code of the State of California, including,
but not limited to, draw poker, lowball poker, high-low split or panguinque,
is played, conducted, dealt or carried on with cards, dice or other
device, for money, checks, chips, credit or any other representative
of value.

It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to play or bet
at or against any game not mentioned in Sections 330, 330a, and 337a
of the Penal Code of the State of California, including, but not limited
to, draw poker, lowball poker, high-low split or panguinque, which
is played, conducted, dealt or carried on with cards, dice or other
device, for money, checks, chips, credit or any other representative
of value, at any place within the corporate limits of the City.
