The Police Department is hereby authorized to issue identification
cards to persons applying therefor and to sell photographic or photostatic
prints from film or other records which have been made by the Police
Department in its routine work, and to require the payment of an amount
for such cards, photographic or photostatic prints as may be fixed
by the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners. The issuance of such
cards and sale of such prints shall at all times be subject to such
rules and orders as may be prescribed by the Board.

All moneys collected by the Police Department from the issuance
of identification cards or the sale of photographic prints as provided
shall be paid into the General Fund of the City.
