A lot created by a parcel map under this chapter shall not be
further subdivided.

An application for a parcel map in the coastal zone may only
be submitted after approval of a Coastal Development Permit for the
subdivision. The proposed subdivision and any proposed development
must be consistent with the policies of the City's Coastal Land Use
Plan. A public hearing for the Coastal Development Permit is not required.
