(a)
The following rates will be charged for incidents occurring outside of the city limits for any and all types of fires, including but not limited to structure, grass or illegal fires; special rescues; water incidents; hazmat calls; motor vehicle accidents; and all other incidents that require fire department response and will be billed to the insurance carrier of the responsible or negligent party or to the responsible or negligent party if no insurance is found.
(b)
The following rates will be charged for all motor vehicle accidents that require fire department response occurring inside the city limits and will be billed to the insurance carrier of the responsible or negligent party or to the responsible or negligent party if no insurance is found.
(c)
Fire response inside the city limits will be charged and billed to all commercial property owners. Fire response inside the city limits will not be charged or billed to residential property owners unless said fire is determined to have been caused by an act of gross negligence or a criminal act as determined by law.
