A.
Construction
activities, including but not limited to demolition, excavation, paving,
masonry, carpentry, plumbing and heating, electrical work, roofing,
siding, painting and material deliveries as well as work performed
by landscaping and commercial contractors and those related services,
shall be permitted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday, and permitted Saturday between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m.
C.
Owner-occupants
of single-family residential properties shall be permitted to perform
landscaping maintenance and minor construction activities that do
not require permits between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday
through Saturday and between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
on Sundays.
