This chapter shall be known and cited as the "City of Oroville Energy Code" (hereinafter referred to as "code").
B.
The purpose of this code is to provide minimum energy standards for energy consumption regulations, energy efficient building practices, and establish minimum energy requirements, by regulating and controlling the design, construction, installation, and quality of materials.
