It is unlawful to carry any concealed weapons in the City in violation of the laws of this State.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00 for each offense.

No minor shall be in or upon any street, park, alley, or other public place between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. unless:
A. 
Such minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other person 18 years of age or over, and authorized by the parent or by law to have care and custody of the minor;
B. 
Such minor is then engaged in a lawful pursuit or activity which requires his or her presence in such public place during the hours specified in this section. However, this exception shall in no way be construed to permit loitering in a public place, or staying in a public place unnecessarily;
C. 
The minor is emancipated pursuant to ORS 419B.550 to ORS 419B.558.

No parent or guardian or other person having in their legal care and custody and control a minor child under the age of 18 shall permit such child to violate the terms of Section 9.08.010 of this chapter as defined above.

A. 
Violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00.
B. 
Any minor who violates this chapter may be taken into custody as provided in ORS 419C.080, 419C.085 and 419C.088 and may be subjected to further proceedings as provided in ORS Chapter 419C.
