When signs are erected giving notice thereof, all, vehicles entering public streets or highways from private streets, driveways or property shall stop before proceeding on or across such public street or highway.

When a sign is erected giving notice thereof, no vehicle entering Temple Avenue from the driveway of Workman High School located approximately one hundred thirty feet east of Greycliff Avenue shall make aleft turn onto Temple Avenue between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. Monday through Friday.
