City of Warrenton, OR Chapter 1.20 DIKE DISTRICTS

§ 1.20.010 District.

The dike districts of the City of Warrenton, Oregon, Numbers 1, 2, and 3 are hereby consolidated with the rest of the City making the City of Warrenton all one dike district.

§ 1.20.020 Taxes.

That all taxes shall be assessed, levied, and collected from the new consolidated dike district as a whole by the City of Warrenton.
