The regular meetings of the Commission of the City of Warrenton
shall be held on the second Tuesday and fourth Tuesday of each month
and shall commence at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on said day in the Commission
Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 S. Main Avenue. If either meeting
day is a holiday as proclaimed by the State of Oregon, the government
of the United States, or by action of this Commission, the regular
meeting shall be held at a date and time determined by the Commission
in its sole discretion, or further, may be omitted for that month
so long as at least one meeting of the Commission is held per month.

The notice required in Section 13 of the Charter for special
meetings of the Commission shall be served upon the Commissioners
verbally or in writing and said notice shall state the purpose of
such special meeting.

If less than a quorum shall be in attendance at a regular or
duly-called special meeting of the Commission, duly-constituted members
of the Police Department of the City of Warrenton shall, at the direction
of those Commissioners present, compel the absent Commissioners to
attend said meeting.

The first business after the calling of the roll shall be the
reading of the minutes and records of the previous meeting which,
if not objected to, shall be considered as approved and shall, thereupon,
be made a permanent record.

No rule or order of procedure shall be suspended except on unanimous
vote of all members of the Commission present.

The Commission may, by resolution, set and establish rules and
order of procedure governing conduct at meetings.
