Smoking is prohibited in all buildings on real property owned
by the City of Warrenton, unless such buildings are exclusively leased
to third parties under a written lease. Smoking is specifically prohibited
in the Warrenton City Hall, including Police Department, City shops
and the Warrenton Community Center.

Any person who violates this chapter commits a violation punishable
by a fine of not more than $100.00.
