It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park any
vehicle on any dike or dikes or to obstruct any dike or dikes or any
approach or approaches to a dike or dikes by parking or otherwise.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to have his,
her or its person, or his, her or its vehicle or vehicles, or animal
or animals, or material or materials on, over or under a dike or dikes
or approaches to the dikes, except for maintenance or repairs thereof,
except as the ordinances of the City of Warrenton otherwise permit.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $300.00,
imprisonment in the City Jail not exceeding 150 days, or by both such
fine and imprisonment.
