A. 
The Director of Public Works is authorized and directed to erect, or cause to be erected, appropriate stop signs at the intersections specified in this subsection:
1. 
On J Street, for traffic entering its intersection with Blue Lake Boulevard (one sign);
2. 
On First Avenue, for traffic entering its intersection with Railroad Avenue (one sign);
3. 
On First Avenue, for traffic entering its intersection with Greenwood Road (one sign);
4. 
On Third Avenue, for traffic entering its intersection with the Railroad Avenue (one sign);
5. 
On Redwood Avenue, for traffic entering its intersection with Railroad Avenue (one sign);
6. 
On Wahl Street, for traffic entering its north intersection with First Avenue (one sign);
7. 
On E Street, for traffic entering its south intersection with South Railroad Avenue (one sign);
8. 
On Broad Street, for traffic entering its intersection with A Street (two signs);

B. 
It is unlawful for any motor vehicle to enter any street or avenue at the intersections named in subsection A of this section where a stop sign is to be installed, after such time as the stop sign has been installed, without coming to a full stop.

On Chartin Road, for traffic entering its intersection with Hatchery Road (one sign);

On South Railroad Avenue, for traffic entering its intersection with G Street (one sign);

B. 
It is unlawful for any motor vehicle to enter any street or avenue at the intersections named in subsection A of this section where a yield sign is to be installed, after such time as the yield sign has been installed, without yielding the right-of-way to traffic on the intersecting street or avenue.
