A. 
It is unlawful for any person to drive, move, operate, place or park, or cause to be left standing any vehicle or trailer of a gross weight of more than 10 tons, on, across, over or upon that certain bridge upon North Street in the city which crosses that certain stream generally known as and referred to as Piute Creek.
B. 
Notwithstanding any other provision contained in any ordinance or code of this city a violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor and such violation shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not exceeding six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
