1. 
Must follow all zoning and building permit regulations.
2. 
An access and circulation plan shall be prepared to illustrate the locations and routes of drive-through affiliated traffic in order to demonstrate that queuing of traffic will not create any conflicts with traffic in an adjoining public right-of-way.
3. 
Painted crosswalks or pavement surface variations shall be utilized across drive-through lanes, in order to provide a clear and safe pedestrian access from the building to the parking areas serving the use.
