This chapter shall be known as the "Ambulance Ordinance of the
City of Lathrop."

San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3199, entitled "An Ordinance
adding Division 7 to Title IV, Commencing with Section 4-7000 to the
Ordinance Code of San Joaquin County Pertaining to Ambulances," three
copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, is adopted
by reference pursuant to the Government Code of the state.

The provisions of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3199, as
adopted by the city council as the ambulance ordinance of the city
shall, where applicable, apply to the city and the operation of ambulances
within the city limits.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in Section 1.16.010.
