The PF-SL zoning district is intended to provide for permanent
open space areas for well sites, water quality, storm water detention
basins, and other necessary slope embankments as called for in the
South Lathrop Specific Plan.

All uses shall be subject to the general provisions and exceptions prescribed in Chapter
17.16 of the Lathrop Municipal Code.
The community development director may approve use interpretations
and minor deviations related to the zoning herein.
