The city shall grant density bonuses and other incentives for
provision of eligible housing and/or child care facilities in accordance
with the requirements of State law, including Government Code Title
7, Division 1, Chapter 4.3 (Density Bonuses and Other Incentives),
as may be amended from time to time.
